When we produce software solutions for our clients, we don't just walk away afterwards. The blueskycode service includes installation, testing and close support during the initial integration period. We instruct your staff in the operation and maintenance of your new solution and take the time and trouble to ensure that everyone is comfortable before we sign off on the job.
Should you require extended support beyond this initial integration period, then we are able to provide this through the medium of support contracts. We offer various levels of support services, from telephone and email support to personal visits to your premises, consultancy services or a combination of any of these, all on a 3, 6 or 12 month renewable basis.
Each of our support contracts is tailored to the exact needs of the client, taking into account the complexity of the work we have done for them, their existing web or network systems and the level of staff skills already in place within the organisation. At times it may be in the best interests of the client for us to intensively train one or more staff members in the necessary skills, and if this is the case we won't hesitate to recommend a training programme.
